Residents across Balochistan can now access free medical advice from qualified physicians through a newly released telehealth mobile and web platform named Sehat Dehleez, launched by the provincial government to serve isolated regions.
Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti revealed the program via a post on X, noting that the service drew a positive reaction during its initial 24 hours of operation.
During the opening day, the system logged 791 consultation calls and successfully finished 495 consultations. Out of those totals, 718 calls provided geographic data, connecting with individuals spread across 35 districts.
According to the chief minister, the project focuses on bringing medical services closer to citizens living in isolated locations who find it hard to visit clinics and hospitals, particularly when severe weather hits.

"The overwhelming response to Sehat Dehleez across Balochistan is a clear reflection of the trust and confidence of our people," he said.
The application provides continuous access to licensed doctors every day, handling general health needs, maternal and child healthcare, and treatment advice for frequent diseases.
The People's Primary Healthcare Initiative Balochistan brought out the program to expand timely medical guidance via digital tools.
Local citizens use the platform from their residences, cutting down travel requirements for individuals residing in locations with scarce medical infrastructure.
People can reach Sehat Dehleez through its web version and Android software by scanning QR codes distributed by the group.
