The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority partnered via a memorandum of understanding to construct a fresh residential community covering 2,000 kanals inside Capital Smart City through a land-sharing framework near the New Islamabad Airport.
This public-private collaboration intends to deliver cost-effective homes and neighborhood amenities for workers of the federal government.
Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, who serves as the Director General of FGEHA, stated that the project represented a major measure for tackling the accommodation shortages of government staff by combining public and private assets.
Based on the planned structure, the neighborhood will span 2,000 kanals of property inside Capital Smart City. The land-sharing arrangement will act as the foundation for the construction work, but the disclosure omitted specifics regarding the schedule, costs, or distribution rules.
The agency intends to offer government personnel entry to housing that merges reasonable pricing with quality neighborhood construction. Additional specifics concerning the project, such as the building timeline, signup procedure, and qualification standards, remain unannounced.
