Xorofy launched with a promise to attract, assess, and hire top talent faster, while FlowFiz introduced smart attendance and access control for modern businesses. The platform, which is already trusted by over 1,400 organizations, expanded its offerings to widen the ground it holds.
Xorofy brings the FlowHCM name into the hiring process as an AI-powered recruitment management and applicant tracking system. It uses AI to parse resumes, match candidates to open roles, and answer recruiter and candidate questions through Xorobot, an AI chat assistant.
FlowFiz is a Pakistan-based premium AI biometric hardware brand that brings AI-driven attendance and access control to the workplace entrance. It offers fingerprint and face recognition devices, turnstiles and barriers, and AI CCTV attendance cameras that verify entry and record arrival times for offices, warehouses, and factories.
FlowFiz records arrivals, FlowHCM manages attendance, leave, payroll, and performance, and Xorofy handles hiring. Both FlowFiz and Xorofy integrate with HR systems to connect the entrance gate, HR records, and hiring desk. A question-and-answer session followed the reveal.
The event showed that FlowHCM is building outward from its core with one brand for the hiring desk, one for the front door, and one platform holding both together.
