Knowledge Economic City is attending the Saudi-Pakistan Real Estate Expo for the first time, introducing its Madinah living concepts to Lahore from 21 to 23 October 2026 at Lake City Golf Club.
Pakistani buyers and investors have shown heavy interest, which highlights the lasting emotional bond families share with Madinah as a place of faith and peace.
The company will display its complete masterplan at the event, featuring residential areas, hotels, retail shops, eateries, recreation spaces, and business zones. The housing exhibit focuses on Al Alyaa, which blends modern neighborhood living with the unique character of Madinah.
Dr. Moath Al-Yahya, Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Economic City, stated: "We recognise the deep love that generations of Pakistani families hold for Madinah. The strong interest we have received ahead of our first event in Pakistan reflects how personal this connection is. For many, a home in Madinah represents belonging, time with loved ones and a connection to pass on to their children. Through our masterplan and Al Alyaa, we are bringing these aspirations together with a vision for a connected lifestyle that enriches everyday life."
The masterplan links living spaces, visitor accommodations, shopping areas, work locations, and community spots. Attendees at the exhibition can examine how these projects fit into the urban development of Madinah while looking at property and investment options.
Al Alyaa features modern houses, green surroundings, and daily amenities, giving families a location to establish new traditions.
Before the exhibition opens, Knowledge Economic City will hold a press event in Lahore on 20 October to present its masterplan and Al Alyaa to reporters, offering dates from Madinah to guests.
During the expo, attendees can talk with company representatives, view presentations, and review requirements for buyers.
Knowledge Economic City is a publicly listed master developer headquartered in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, combining housing, hospitality, commercial, and retail spaces in its masterplan.
