Wireless earbuds offering lossless audio support, enhanced active noise cancellation, and up to 53 hours of total battery life using the charging case have been unveiled by Oppo. These new audio devices rival Apple's AirPods Pro and mark the initial use of Oppo's LHDC Lossless audio codec. They carry a price tag of roughly $211 and hit the market on October 29, 2026.

Design and Audio

A dual-driver acoustic setup powers the Oppo Enco X4, pairing an 11mm TRF woofer with a 6mm planar tweeter, where each driver features its own dedicated digital-to-analog converter. Collaboration with Dynaudio brings five tuned sound profiles, including Thundering Bass and Pure Vocals. Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification accompanies a frequency response span from 10Hz to 40kHz. LHDC Lossless audio support debuts here, outputting 24-bit/48kHz sound at a 2.3Mbps bitrate.

Using wireless lossless audio requires a matching Oppo Find X phone, specifically the Find X10 line, and the option comes turned off by default. AAC, SBC, LHDC, or LC3 codecs work with other hardware. Glacier White and Aurora Violet make up the color choices. Head-tracked spatial audio functions on Windows, iOS, and Android without needing specific Oppo hardware.

Noise Cancellation

Active noise cancellation performance doubles compared to the previous Enco X3 model, according to company claims. A 6nm neural processing unit handles adaptive noise cancellation dynamically while cutting down speech background noise. Conversation Awareness lowers music volume and turns on transparency mode automatically when speech begins.

Battery and Connectivity

Turning off active noise cancellation yields up to 13 hours of playback from the earbuds alone, reaching 53 hours total with the charging case. Enabling active noise cancellation reduces playback to about six hours on the earbuds and 26 hours total with the case. AAC playback at 50% volume serves as the basis for these measurements. Each earbud tips the scale at roughly 5.6 grams. Bluetooth 6.1 enables dual-device pairing for simultaneous connections to two sources.

AI Features

AI Clear Calling is built in to boost voice clarity during phone conversations. AI Live Translation is also included, though full translation capabilities require specific Oppo and OnePlus phones operating on ColorOS 17 or newer.

Price and Availability

Selling for around $211, the Oppo Enco X4 launches on October 29, 2026.
