Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye entered into a long-term defence arrangement designed to boost cooperation between the three governments, focusing on mutual security and military coordination commitments.

The pact requires all three states to assist one another during any armed attack. It establishes guidelines for tighter collaboration in intelligence sharing, defence planning, counterterrorism, and logistics.

Participating countries must remain in the pact for a minimum of 10 years. Withdrawal is permitted only after this timeframe concludes, requiring a minimum of three months of written notice.

Turkish authorities submitted the text to their parliament for official approval. At the same time, officials from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye keep holding talks to broaden military ties and enhance regional security coordination.

This arrangement demonstrates the ongoing work by all three governments to create a firmer security partnership.
