Samsung released the Galaxy F70 in India to grow its F-series device collection. This release comes after the February launch of the Galaxy F70e and the August arrival of the Galaxy F70 Pro. The fresh device slots right between those two phones and keeps multiple specs from the older Galaxy A17.

A 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate comes built into the Galaxy F70. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus shields the display, and a waterdrop notch holds a 13MP selfie camera. The rear panel holds a 50MP primary sensor featuring optical image stabilization, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro unit.

The company did not verify which Android and One UI releases come installed on the device. An online storefront listing points to Android 15, which seems strange for a late 2026 release. Still, other signs suggest One UI 8.5 running on Android 16. Software specifics stay unverified until the company issues an official announcement.

A 5,000mAh battery powers the Galaxy F70, complete with 25W charging capability. An IP54 certification also protects the hardware against water splashes and dust. These specifications complete the device build next to the triple camera array and AMOLED panel.

Buyers can pick the Galaxy F70 in violet or black, with two memory and storage options available. The 4GB RAM with 128GB storage edition sells for INR 19,999 ($210), while the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs INR 22,999 ($242). Flipkart hosts the product listing, and sales begin on October 20.
