Bluesky has updated its Attie AI tool to let users build small social applications, such as games, polls, and dashboards, by typing a description of what they want.

Attie first launched earlier this year to help users build custom Bluesky feeds using artificial intelligence. The utility can now build standalone social apps that users can share with other people through personal websites.

During an appearance at TechCrunch Disrupt, Bluesky CEO Toni Schneider called Attie "social vibe coding or vibe coding for your community."

Announcing Attie site builder!Starting today, Attie users can build small social pages like an AMA, a guestbook, or a survey your friends will argue about for a week. We made a few to get you started. Go make a better one and share it: attie.ai

Apps Can Be Created With a Prompt

People can build an Attie application by entering a text description of the desired AI creation.

Generating a basic poll pitting Pokémon Red against Pokémon Blue, for instance, required only a few minutes.

Every finished application gets a unique custom link on the attie.site domain along with credit identifying the creator.

Attie Can Build Games, Quizzes and More

Bluesky currently highlights multiple sample apps developed through Attie.

The options feature Flappy Butterfly, which is a Flappy Bird clone, along with a drum machine, a quiz, and an idle clicker game featuring a celery man.

These samples show that Attie produces more than basic polls or feeds, even though the programs stay relatively lightweight.

This update expands Attie past Bluesky feed creation into a wider artificial intelligence tool for making and sharing small social web experiences.
