Islamabad recorded zero leases or rentals of restaurant and hotel plots by the Capital Development Authority throughout the last five years, based on a written reply given to the Senate by the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control.

The details came from Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi while answering an inquiry by Senator Haji Hidayatullah Khan, who requested information regarding the authority leasing operations for dining and lodging sites within the capital.

Data supplied by the ministry showed that the Directorate of Estate Management-II under the CDA completed no rental or lease agreements for designated hospitality plots during the specified timeframe.

No properties, rental terms, revenue amounts, or lease agreements appeared in the official ministry response.

Senator Haji Hidayatullah Khan previously requested public disclosure concerning the exact locations of rented CDA hospitality plots, the specific contract conditions, and the total rental income collected.

Because the authority recorded no leasing transactions across the five-year span, the Senate filing contained zero individual properties, contracts, or financial figures to present.
