Authorities have filed a case against a Crime Control Department operative for allegedly assaulting a young woman twice in the Kahna neighbourhood of Lahore and filming her without clothes.

Police records show the complainant lives in Kot Lakhpat and misplaced her cellular device at Kahna Bazaar on October 1. She visited the Kahna Police Station to file a report about the lost phone, where she encountered Crime Control Department worker Muhammad Shabbir.

The police report indicates that Shabbir gathered her telephone number and called her later, stating her lost device was located. He then directed her to meet him on Ahlu Road.

Upon her arrival at the spot, Shabbir brought her to a residence belonging to a female named Humaira Bibi. The victim stated that he pointed a weapon at her, committed sexual assault, and filmed her without clothing.

The documentation notes that Shabbir reached out to the victim once more on October 10, summoning her back to the identical property situated on Ahlu Road. The complainant stated he subjected her to sexual assault a second time.

The woman subsequently went to the Kahna Police Station to file charges, though she claimed law enforcement officers postponed taking action.

She then visited DIG Operations Faisal Kamran during an open court session to submit her grievance.

Based on her report, Kahna Police filed a formal case against Crime Control Department employee Muhammad Shabbir and started a probe into the claims.
