Thirty doctors working at different medical facilities throughout the province have been officially fired by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department.

Authorities terminated these medical professionals because of suspected illegal recruitment and fraudulent registration with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.

Inquiry reports, submitted evidence, and explanations provided by the medical staff underwent a thorough review before officials reached this conclusion, stated the department.

Show-cause notices went out to every involved doctor, and officials offered them a chance to attend a personal hearing prior to the final disciplinary measures.

Authorities also resolved to use legal processes for recovering all government dues and salaries previously given to these fired practitioners during their employment, aiming to maintain transparency within the health sector.
