Apple launched its initial foldable mobile device, named the iPhone Duo, for ordering in Pakistan, where the top-tier 2TB model reaches a price close to Rs. 15 lakh. In Pakistan, buyers can purchase secondhand automobiles for a lower amount than this mobile phone.
Due to restricted inventory, the device lacks widespread availability among local vendors. Based on existing store offers, the PTA-approved 2TB edition sells for Rs. 1,479,599, whereas the entry-level 256GB version begins at Rs. 999,599. Alternative vendors show lower pricing, though scarce supplies will likely push costs higher during the coming weeks.
iPhone Duo Prices in Pakistan
Telemart published prices for all four storage options of the iPhone Duo:
- iPhone Duo 256GB - Rs. 999,599
- iPhone Duo 512GB - Rs. 1,079,599
- iPhone Duo 1TB - Rs. 1,239,599
- iPhone Duo 2TB - Rs. 1,479,599
Every version carries PTA approval, and shipments are scheduled for arrival across the final week of November. A gap of Rs. 480,000 separates the base 256GB edition from the maximum 2TB configuration.
Prices Could Increase Further
Certain Pakistani merchants currently sell the iPhone Duo below the rates mentioned previously. Yet, these shops will likely raise costs as current inventory dwindles and new stock becomes pricier to acquire.
Global demand for the iPhone Duo remains robust, and constrained initial shipments restrict inventory across multiple regions. Consequently, local purchasers may face additional price hikes if inventory stays constrained throughout upcoming weeks. Currently, the 2TB iPhone Duo nears Rs. 15 lakh locally, establishing its position as a costliest mobile device in the country.
