School leaders across Punjab must now ensure that every student's B-Form undergoes NADRA verification, as part of a provincial government crackdown against false enrollment numbers.

Data from the School Education Department indicates that educational institutions previously boosted their admission figures by using fraudulent NADRA paperwork.

Headmasters and administrators bear personal responsibility for completing this registration process within 10 days, and they will pay for fixing any mistakes found in the records.

Officials confirmed that no pupil will lose their school place due to a missing B-Form, as the father's National ID Card number will serve as a substitute in such cases.
