Authorities across Punjab received orders from the provincial government to finish lane markings and put up road signs on all newly built roads by October 25.

Malik Sohaib Ahmed Bharth, the Provincial Minister for Communications and Works, gave these directives during a session to monitor development progress under the Local Road Programme.

The minister instructed staff to spend allocated money on time for road projects and finish active construction according to the planned schedule.

Field personnel updated attendees on the advancement of road building during the gathering, noting the initiative follows the vision of the Punjab chief minister.

According to Bharth, the initiative advances swiftly toward completion as provincial road projects finish on schedule.

Better road infrastructure grants superior travel options to citizens and aids social and economic growth, he mentioned.

Raja Jahangir Anwar, the Communications and Works Secretary, attended alongside the additional secretary and special secretaries, while superintending engineers and executive engineers joined through video link.
