Proposals have been called for by the Sindh administration regarding two segments of the Baldia Stadium Road building initiative in Karachi, carrying a total projected expense exceeding Rs. 2.09 billion.
As per a bidding document released by the Local Government Projects office, the initial stage has a projected price of Rs. 1.02 billion, whereas the subsequent stage is priced near Rs. 1.07 billion.
The work on both ventures entails building Baldia Stadium Road starting from Shahrah-e-Orangi Football Stadium through Urdu Chowk toward Hub River Road.
Qualified builders need to fulfill outlined registration, background, and technical criteria, according to the tender announcement. Proposals must be turned in by November 11, 2026, at 2pm, and technical submissions will open that afternoon at 2:30pm.
A bid security mandate of 5 percent of the projected price for each undertaking is also established by the notice.
