US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) logged $301 million in net inflows last week, halting a two-week run of outflows despite sizable withdrawals toward the week's end.

Farside Investors data show the funds lost about $228 million the week before and $680 million the week prior to that, with October's total outflows near $314 million.

The inflows surged to $1.08 billion from Monday to Wednesday as Bitcoin rose to a weekly peak of $84,777, but investors pulled roughly $774 million on Thursday and Friday when the price slipped back toward $80,000.

Research from market maker DWF Labs indicates spot Bitcoin ETFs posted net outflows in seven of eight Bitcoin sell-offs of at least 15% since the products launched in January 2024, suggesting investors tend to cut exposure during steep declines rather than buying the dip.

At publication, Bitcoin traded around $80,025, down 3.3% over the past seven days. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index also dropped to a neutral 50, from 59 a week earlier.

US spot Ether ETFs posted their fourth straight week of net outflows, shedding roughly $221 million last week, according to Farside Investors data.
