iTANZ Technologies Limited approved a ten-for-one stock split, cutting the face value of each ordinary share from Rs. 10 to Re. 1, after a special resolution was passed at its annual general meeting on October 24, 2026.

Under the plan, every existing Rs. 10 share will be split into ten Re. 1 shares, while the company's authorized and paid-up capital remain unchanged.

The firm will now fulfil the required regulatory steps with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan Stock Exchange and Central Depository Company before it can set the effective and book-closure dates.

The company added that the implementation date will be disclosed once regulatory conditions are met and the board of directors ratifies the timetable.

In a separate note, shareholders recorded the distribution for the financial year ended June 30, 2026, which included an interim cash dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10%) and bonus shares of 10%, together amounting to a 20% total distribution for the year.

The AGM also sanctioned changes to the articles of association, revising directors' meeting-attendance fees and updating the constitution to align with the Companies Act, 2017.
