Systems Limited (SYS) announced a 14 percent year-on-year rise in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to Rs. 9.085 billion for the nine months ended September 2026, compared with Rs. 7.973 billion in the same period last year.

Earnings per share increased to Rs. 5.93 from Rs. 5.21, and net sales grew 33 percent to Rs. 76.492 billion.

For the third quarter of 2026, the firm posted a consolidated PAT of Rs. 3.035 billion, up 9 percent year-on-year, with earnings per share of Rs. 1.98. No dividend was announced.

Topline Securities said the nine-month sales growth was helped by strong results in the Middle East and North America, where third-quarter sales rose 26 percent and 41 percent respectively. The Middle East market expanded despite geopolitical tensions, while growth in North America was partly due to the acquisition of Confiz.

Gross margin fell to 25 percent in the third quarter, down from about 30 percent a year earlier. Margins slipped across most regions, though the domestic segment's margin improved to 21 percent from 16 percent in the comparable period.

Selling and distribution expenses rose 31 percent year-on-year to Rs. 2.716 billion over the nine-month period, and administrative expenses increased 42 percent to Rs. 6.340 billion. Finance costs more than doubled, up 103 percent to Rs. 499 million.
