The offensive remark came in reply to her story post. Rather than ignoring the abuse, the 36 year old television host shared a screenshot of the note from a user named Dave, adding the caption, "Dave whipping out his most romantic lines x."
Jones was flying to the United States to work at the Breeders Cup. She will report on the yearly racing event in Kentucky for RaceDay TV and expressed her excitement online by stating, "I will forever punch myself that is my life 🧡."
Her travel to Kentucky involved sleep deprivation, with only five hours of rest over a forty eight hour span. Right as she attempted to catch up on sleep at her hotel, the building fire alarm began ringing. She posted footage of the noise, noting on her story, "Five hours sleep in 48 hours. Just laid down for a power nap & this bad boy decides it's not happening 😭 😂.">p>
