The federal government decided to lower the cost of motor spirit petrol for the next 24 hours, based on the newest update provided by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority.

Petrol dropped by Rs. 3.19 to settle at Rs. 376.06 per litre, whereas diesel climbed by Rs. 2.25 to reach Rs. 398.07 per litre.

Earlier on Monday, petrol went up by Rs. 1.54 to hit Rs. 379.25 per litre and diesel rose by Rs. 2.16 to touch Rs. 395.82 per litre.

Daily Revisions to Date

Since daily fuel rate updates started, petrol has accumulated an increase of Rs. 65.35 per litre and diesel has climbed by Rs. 74.77 per litre.
