On Wednesday, the Pakistani rupee finished in positive territory against the US dollar for the 271st straight session. Advancing by three paisas during the day, the local currency settled at 276.77.
Since December 25, 2025, the rupee has continually registered increases relative to the dollar.
Other Currencies
Against the British Pound, the rupee advanced by 91 paisas. It dropped by 13 paisas versus the Australian Dollar. Furthermore, the currency picked up 79 paisas against the Euro and 55 paisas compared to the Canadian Dollar. The rupee also climbed by one paisa against the UAE Dirham while remaining unchanged against the Saudi Riyal.
