Solis Golden Seeds Training Program Enhances Global Energy Storage Support

From October 14 to 16, 2026, Solis held its first Global Service Golden Seeds Hands-on Training Program at its Ningbo headquarters to strengthen technical expertise and energy storage delivery capabilities. As solar and energy storage projects expand globally, reliable technical support and localized service are essential, and long-term service excellence means investing in people.

The three-day event brought frontline technical professionals from overseas markets to China for intensive learning. By connecting global expertise with customer needs, the initiative aims to build stronger local teams and improve the reliability of renewable energy installations.

How Does Solis Train Its Global Service Teams?

The Golden Seeds Program turned knowledge into practical skills through a curriculum designed for overseas technical staff. More than 10 instructors led the sessions, combining theoretical learning with hands-on practice and on-site observation at the company headquarters.

Training covered five key areas:

  • Energy storage inverters
  • Residential Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
  • Commercial and Industrial (C&I) ESS
  • SolisCloud monitoring and management
  • Service procedures and policies

At the opening session, company representatives shared their expectations for the program. Henry stated, That is exactly why we launched the Golden Seeds Program, you are the first batch of our most promising talents, and I expect you to fully master our products here and then back to inspire and elevate your teammates around the world. Chaz added that the curriculum combines theoretical learning and hands-on practice, with emphasis placed on practical training to help participants become competent in energy storage business delivery.

Voices from the Golden Seeds Participants

The program provided an opportunity for colleagues from different markets to connect, exchange experiences, and strengthen collaboration. Participants expressed appreciation for the organization and hospitality provided by the headquarters team.

Elisabetta noted the wonderful emotions and memories of the fantastic days spent at headquarters, reflecting the collaborative spirit behind the initiative.

Solis Global Service Network and Response Standards

To support its growing equipment base, Solis maintains 108 service centres and stations worldwide, backed by more than 300 professionals. The company is extending its rigorous service standards overseas, targeting a two-hour response time and a 24-hour problem-resolution standard for customers.

This infrastructure ensures that technical issues are addressed quickly by trained personnel. Localized support reduces downtime for commercial and residential solar installations, maintaining high performance across different regions.

Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage Delivery Capabilities

Solis has achieved over 3 GW in cumulative global shipments of 50 to 125 kW C&I hybrid energy storage inverters. These shipments reflect growing demand for commercial and industrial energy management solutions.

To support deployment, the company offers partner enablement through free on-site support for partners first C&I ESS installation and commissioning. This hands-on assistance helps technicians apply classroom learning to real-world projects.
