Pokemon Pokopia has become a surprise hit on the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026, earning high ratings for blending town building, crafting and creature collecting. A new datamine now lists 24 additional Pokémon that Nintendo intends to add in the next DLC.
Expanded Town Building Experience & Complete Datamined Roster
Nintendo first outlined the Pokopia DLC roadmap during the June 2026 Direct. The initial expansion, Bubbly Basin, launched in August and featured a quest centered on the Legendary Pokémon Manaphy. The developer plans two further expansions for later in 2026 and 2027, though exact dates remain unconfirmed.
A Twitter leak aggregator recently released a large datamine confirming four Pokémon already announced for the second DLC - Doduo, Snubbull, Skitty and Braxien - and adding many more, such as starters Turtwig and Fennekin and classic Generation 1 creatures.
Below is the full leaked roster of 24 Pokémon:

The list also includes lesser-known Generation 8 Pokémon Milcery and Alcremie alongside Generation 3's Skitty and Delcatty.
Most notably, the leak shows Generation 4 Legendary Cresselia, a creature expected to feature in a major quest similar to past tasks that unlocked Kyogre and Raikou.
The Impact of the Switch 2 Jailbreak on Pokemon Pokopia DLC
The extensive leak originates from the recent Nintendo Switch 2 jailbreak, which allowed hackers to modify games and extract data from internal files. Nintendo responded by removing the software that enabled the jailbreak.
Despite the removal, some hackers continue to use the vulnerability, meaning further Pokémon content could surface in the months ahead. Future titles like the upcoming Pokemon Winds and Waves might also be exposed by this tool.
