Air Link Communication Limited is set to roll out its electric bike brand, Air EV, on November 4, 2026. Deliveries should start around a week following the launch, marking the firm's entry into the electric mobility sector in Pakistan.

Arif Habib Limited published a report on Tuesday detailing that the enterprise revealed this strategy during its annual general meeting.

For the initial phase, Airlink intends to import electric bikes from global partners with competitive pricing, and then transition slowly to domestic assembly and production. These vehicles will come equipped with replaceable lithium-ion batteries.

Over time, the business aims to boost domestic production, setting a goal of up to 95% localization. As part of this localization plan, it will source lithium-ion batteries domestically from the start.

This step represents Airlink broadening its operations past its main mobile phone industry to find fresh growth areas within the electric two-wheeler sector of Pakistan.
