Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi announced that Islamabad will experience a significant urban overhaul, featuring modern commercial and residential complexes alongside high-rise shopping malls and hotels.
Investors will receive prime land parcels without any initial payments, according to the proposed investment model, in return for a percentage of the finished properties.
Situated behind the Prime Minister's House, the project features a 1,000-acre Manhattan-style city complete with a lake, a central park, and contemporary structures.
Planning and management for the new development will function under an independent regulatory framework.
Naqvi additionally revealed a project for a 450-acre safari park, planned to rank among the largest facilities of its type across Asia.
These planned projects seek to draw foreign capital, boost tourism, build contemporary urban amenities, and drive economic growth within the federal capital.
