Meta has quietly released an AI fashion application named Style Sketch, designed to help users organise outfits from garments they already own. The service is now available on iOS and Android in Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. Meta gave no confirmation about a broader release and declined to comment on the debut.

Style Sketch assembles a digital wardrobe using clothing items users possess. By linking Instagram, the app retrieves photos the user has posted. It also accepts new snapshots, short videos, or uploads from the device's gallery. After processing, the app proposes outfit mixes that match the individual's style.

A virtual try-on function displays the ensemble on a model whose body shape and skin tone correspond to the user's. Selecting a single wardrobe piece generates complete outfit ideas around it. An additional travel-planning tool creates a day-by-day clothing schedule once the user inputs destination, trip length and planned activities, factoring in local weather forecasts.

Meta enters a competitive market. Apps such as Alta already provide AI-driven closet solutions, and Google Photos offers similar digital wardrobe capabilities. Meta's advantage lies in Instagram integration, as millions of users regularly share outfit images, supplying a rich data set for training Style Sketch.

The app forms part of Meta's larger AI initiative. Earlier this year the company rolled out several independent AI products, including Waddle World, a vibe-coding tool called Pocket, and the Vibes AI video generator. CEO Mark Zuckerberg has allegedly informed staff that Meta intends to launch many more applications moving forward.
