Officials announced that the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company, known as FESCO, permitted its circles to fix billing mistakes for net metering users.
Consumers can visit their local Revenue Officer offices, according to the new setup, to have their statements adjusted. Staff will process these fixes using the account number belonging to each consumer.
Representatives for FESCO stated that hundreds of impacted net metering clients already received this adjustment service.
Net metering consumers in the FESCO service area can now get their billing errors fixed locally by visiting their Revenue Officer offices.
