The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency obtained new BYD Atto 2 electric vehicles recently to back up its field activities.

Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, who serves as the Director General of the NCCIA, checked the newly delivered car and evaluated its build, quality, and fit for the agency needs.

An official from the NCCIA stated that the check verified if the car fits practical demands and aids smooth execution of official tasks.

The review concentrated on general condition, construction quality, and utility for routine agency work.

The same official mentioned that the evaluation checked whether the automobile satisfies agency standards and helps boost task performance.

The BYD Atto 2 functions as an electric SUV, bringing electric transport to the agency fleet. Yet, the NCCIA kept quiet regarding the total quantity of automobiles delivered and their purchase price.

Earlier, Islamabad Traffic Police brought BYD Atto 2 cars into service, and Islamabad Police took delivery of 50 new BYD electric cars during September 2026 for Capital Patrol Unit tasks and traffic work.
