Digital lending platform AdalFi prepares for a major corporate milestone as it intends to launch an initial public offering at the Pakistan Stock Exchange next month. Reports indicate that the firm plans to secure up to PKR 652 million, or $2.35 million, through the issuance of new shares on the exchange. The Techlogix subsidiary ultimately intends to use these funds to grow its small business and Islamic loan offerings.

Powering Credit Access Through AI

Formal banking services currently reach only 30 percent of adults across Pakistan. To address this gap, the business-to-business-to-consumer fintech uses data and artificial intelligence to broaden financial inclusion. The company applies proprietary technology to evaluate existing transactional records held by banks, allowing for targeted digital marketing toward qualified individuals. The system also delivers instant loans while upholding strict credit evaluation standards to protect bank portfolios.

The company previously secured $7.5 million during a funding round held in February 2023. That financing effort was co-led by United Arab Emirates investors COTU Ventures and Chimaera Ventures, alongside local backers Fatima Gobi Ventures, Zayn Capital, and several angel investors.

AdalFi to Join A Thriving IPO Market at PSX

The Pakistan Stock Exchange continues to see a strong revival in initial public offerings throughout 2026. The exchange shows high liquidity, falling interest rates, political stability, and positive investor sentiment, driven largely by macroeconomic improvements under the International Monetary Fund program. Several large firms have recently completed successful public share offerings.

Recent market activity includes Service Long March Tyres raising PKR 7.77 billion in the largest IPO in Pakistan Stock Exchange history, which sold out in five seconds. Ghani Dairies Limited raised PKR 3.44 billion to become the first listed corporate dairy farm in the country. Select Technologies Limited scheduled book-building for June 2026 and public subscription for July 2026 to raise PKR 2.489 billion, while AdalFi plans its upcoming offering for next month to raise up to PKR 652 million.
