Punjab Food Safety Minister Salma Butt made public the cancellation of the permit for Salva's Foods following the discovery of 3,000 kilograms of spoiled and bad raw ingredients inside their Lahore manufacturing plant by inspectors.
Workers uncovered rotten components giving off a bad odor, alongside hazardous blends that broke food safety standard operating procedures during the check.
Salva's Foods makes various items like ketchup, mayonnaise, biscuits, and chutneys, and finding these materials created major worries regarding safety practices at their plant.
Safety Minister Salma Butt directed the raid herself, looking at bad barrels and guiding workers while they checked the building and kept production items.
Butt stated that the business license was canceled because of these safety infractions found during the inspection.

Bad and fungus-damaged components may create dangers to health if put into items meant for people to eat.
Food makers need to guarantee that ingredients stay safe for use and follow proper safety rules during every part of manufacturing.
