Faysal Bank Limited announced financial figures for the nine-month period concluding on September 30, 2026, registering a Profit Before Tax amounting to PKR 31.3 billion and a Profit After Tax reaching PKR 15.2 billion, which brings the Earnings Per Share to PKR 10. Directors approved a third-quarter cash dividend set at PKR 1.5 per share, representing 15 percent, following the PKR 3 per share distributed earlier for the initial half of the year.

Overall assets surpassed PKR 1.8 trillion as the institution maintained a careful strategy regarding balance-sheet expansion while focusing on funding quality, aided by transactional flows, a larger customer roster, and more branches.

Deposits climbed 9.3 percent to reach PKR 1.56 trillion, driven by a 20 percent jump in current accounts up to PKR 642 billion. The current account proportion rose to 41.2 percent compared with 37.5 percent in December 2025, while the CASA ratio increased to 85.2 percent from 81.9 percent. Reflecting a cautious credit policy, the Advance-to-Deposit Ratio shifted down to 50.1 percent from 61.1 percent in December 2025. Asset health stayed stable, recording an infection ratio of 2.4 percent. The placement of a PKR 7 billion Tier II Sukuk boosted the capital foundation.

These figures highlight the power of the institution's Islamic banking operations, its careful risk management, and expansion plans focused on digital, technology, women-focused, and client-driven services.

Chairman Mian Muhammad Younis stated, "Alhamdulillah, I thank our customers for the trust they continue to place in us. Serving them with excellence, across every branch and digital channel, remains at the heart of everything we do. As a leading Islamic bank, we remain committed to broadening access to Shariah-compliant finance and contributing meaningfully to Pakistan's economic progress."

President and CEO Yousaf Hussain remarked, "These results reflect a clear strategy built on a low-cost, transaction-led deposit franchise, disciplined risk management and a stronger capital base. Our next phase of growth will be driven by scaling digital banking, deepening our trade and transaction capabilities, and reaching more women and underserved customers. These priorities position Faysal Bank to deliver sustainable value for all our stakeholders."
