Pakistan Telecommunication Authority figures show that Jazz gathered 3005 user grievances in September 2026, putting the operator at the top of the monthly complaints chart. Telenor came next with 1325 issues, Zong recorded 1309, and Ufone registered 985. Across the entire industry, the regulator collected 7400 complaints and successfully addressed 7071 of them, achieving a 95.55 percent resolution rate.

Cellular mobile operators accounted for 6658 complaints, representing the vast majority of the total volume. The watchdog cleared 6434 of these mobile cases, reaching a resolution rate of 96.65 percent for cellular networks specifically.

Even though Jazz recorded the highest number of complaints, the company achieved the highest resolution rate at 97 percent by closing 2915 out of 3005 issues. Telenor resolved 1282 out of 1325 cases for 96.75 percent, Zong finished at 96.59 percent by closing 1263 out of 1309, and Ufone addressed 943 out of 985 to reach 95.74 percent.

Non-cellular sectors faced more difficulties during the month. Basic telephony services received 131 complaints and closed 111, resulting in an 84.73 percent resolution rate. Internet service providers gathered 611 grievances and resolved 525, bringing their rate to 85.92 percent.

These figures indicate that mobile networks process complaints more quickly than fixed-line and broadband providers, with a gap exceeding ten points between the categories. Customers dealing with unresolved problems can submit new complaints via the PTA portal or by using the short code 0800-55055, while the regulator continues to issue monthly statistics without a specific sector-wide action plan.
