Rhianne Starbuck, a glamorous entrepreneur and former actress-model, joked that she missed out on the WAG lifestyle after marrying former Tottenham and Norwich midfielder Paul McVeigh, 48.
The couple wed in 2021, more than ten years after the ex-Northern Ireland international retired from football.
Starbuck posted a video to her 5,000 Instagram followers that mixed clips of the pair with footage of McVeigh playing for a Spurs legends side, even though he made only three league appearances for Tottenham.
She captioned the clip: "Married a former pro footballer just after he retired. Missed the Wag era and skipped straight to the Spurs legend era."
Starbuck's acting résumé includes roles in British series such as Emmerdale and Fresh Meat, and she has modelled between auditions.
Since her family grew, she has stepped back from television, but she and McVeigh have launched a joint business.
Together they founded Speakify, a platform that lets users book celebrity speakers for events. The roster features former F1 team principal Guenther Steiner, ex-NFL player Justin Forsett and football stars like Edwin van der Sar, Nemanja Vidic and Hugo Lloris.
