Qatar will issue free tourist visas on arrival to Pakistani passport holders, permitting stays of up to 30 days, provided travelers satisfy four documented conditions, the Ministry of Interior said on Thursday.
The scheme also extends to citizens of India and Thailand, with the visa length tied to the confirmed hotel reservation, but never exceeding 30 days.
Eligible Pakistanis must present a passport that remains valid for at least three months, a confirmed round-trip airline ticket and health insurance issued by an accredited insurer.
In addition, they need a hotel booking secured exclusively through the official Discover Qatar website; reservations made on other platforms will be rejected.
Travelers who satisfy all four criteria receive the visa free of charge on arrival, while those lacking any required document will be denied the benefit.
This offering is distinct from Qatar's existing visa-free entry and other tourist visa programmes.
