A young ball boy captured online attention following an incredible one-handed catch at Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium during the ODI tri-series fixture between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
During the fourth over of the Sri Lankan innings, Kamindu Mendis hit a delivery from Naseem Shah for a six over the deep backward square leg boundary.
As the ball traveled toward the advertising boards, the boy casually put out his left hand and grabbed it easily without shifting from his spot.
Commentators reacted with astonishment to the play, with one shouting,
"My goodness me! What a catch!"
The broadcast crew remained captivated by both the hit and the boy's composed demeanor.
One commentator stated,
"Was it the hit? What was the shot? Or the catch taken by this youngster? How cool was that?"
Another commended the quiet attitude of the ball boy, noting,
"That is magnificent. Oh my goodness. All so nonchalant. Look at him, like he does this daily."
Entertainment grew when the boy maintained a straight face after securing the ball, leading a commentator to note,
"And he's not smiling."
The Pakistan Cricket Board posted video of the catch on their official social media page to highlight the impressive feat.

Supporters shared the video widely online, applauding his steady hands and calm attitude.
Sources indicate the teenager is named Adnan, and he works at a local hotel in Lahore to help his family after his father passed away. He also plays as an all-rounder at a neighborhood cricket club but faces money issues preventing him from getting professional training.
Adnan took time off from his hotel job to work as a ball boy for the game.
Sources state that officials from the Pakistan Cricket Board contacted him after the game and gave him Rs. 400,000 in cash, plus free entry to a PCB cricket academy so he can improve his abilities.
The play happened in the fifth match of the ODI tri-series, where Sri Lanka beat Pakistan by eight wickets after dismissing them for 110 and chasing the total in 18.1 overs.
