Forty-five officers and officials received a final warning from the Capital Development Authority for neglecting to hand in complete asset declaration forms, giving them a seven-day window to obey or experience disciplinary steps based on relevant service rules.

An official notification released by the Confidential Cell of the CDA on October 26, 2026, states that asset declarations remain compulsory pursuant to Regulations 7.10 and 7.11 of the CDA Employees (Service) Regulations, 1992. The administration noted that the named workers neglected to provide their finished declarations.

Staff members come from multiple CDA divisions, such as architecture, environment, parks, human resources, estate management, planning, maintenance, security, law, solid waste management, the Capital Hospital, and the Directorate of Municipal Administration.

Deputy directors, assistant directors, administrative officers, market inspectors, and sanitary inspectors make up the roster.

The document specifies that workers who do not supply the necessary paperwork inside seven days will undergo disciplinary inquiries regarding misconduct allegations under Chapter 8 of the CDA Employees (Service) Regulations, 1992.

The warning likewise cautions that any promotions previously given to the workers could face review and reversal following appropriate rules and regulations.
