- Saima Munawar, additional commissioner at the Punjab Revenue Authority, received a two-year tenure extension starting October 17.
- Sana Arif, National Savings Officer at the Central Directorate of National Savings, was transferred as her services were assigned to the Cabinet Division on deputation.
