HBM4 and Server SSD Sales Drive Growth

High demand for HBM4 memory and server SSDs fueled the financial results, while rising requirements for artificial intelligence infrastructure boosted sales across the memory unit.

Memory demand should climb further next quarter, supported by upcoming CPU and GPU platforms, while artificial intelligence demand is projected to grow much faster than industry supply by 2027.

Samsung stated that increasing artificial intelligence driven demand will far exceed the industry supply in comparison with 2026, indicating sustained pressure on memory supply as infrastructure grows.
